He enjoys working with directors and creative teams to execute their visions, drawing on his experience to add his own fresh takes.
A graduate from The University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor’s Degree in Radio, Television, and Film, Michael had a natural curiosity for the craft of editorial as a student. He started his career as an assistant at a boutique editorial shop before eventually breaking into freelance and pursuing a career in New York, amassing an impressive reel of work spanning fashion, beauty, and major national brand campaigns. In 2016, he landed in-house as an editor at Modern Post after collaborating with the editorial shop for several years. His impeccable precision and rhythmic approach bring a sophisticated aesthetic to his work for top brands.
